I am a 20-something stay-at-home mom to a 2 yr. old and a 1 yr. old, a Sonic happy hour addict, a business owner, a housekeeper, an exercise addict (remember that Sonic addiction…), animal wrangler, and of course a wife. I have been called by God to be a mother, and I strive to be the best mother I can be. I was born and raised in the South, and I hope to never live anywhere else. I love that my car often smells like hay and I regularly have to chaseĀ carry a goat out of my house. Recently we also have to pull the goat out of our cars a lot.
Why “The Zookeeper”? Didn’t I just say I have to pull a goat out of my car?
Anyone that has been to our house will tell you it’s a zoo. We have two dogs, a cat, a goat, and at least one stray animal can always be found at our back door. I’m hoping to add chickens to our little zoo in the Spring, and our oldest son has been promised a horse for his 4th birthday – if Mommy & Daddy can wait that long.
Here on my blog you will find random thoughts from me, thoughts on what God is teaching me daily, funny things my kids do and say, and hopefully a helpful tip or review or two.
